Post it sketches 01

Post it sticky notes have become an easy and practical format for me to draw while working. I usually do this when i'm creating a playblast of my animation in 3D Studio. It takes some time for it to render so i start sketching in those pieces of time.

I prefer using black and colored pens on the post its.

Inktober 05

Inktober is almost over and it been a lot of fun doing ink sketches everyday. I'm really going to miss the dynamic of it all. I'll keep on drawing waiting for the next Inktober to come!

Demo reel 2010- 2011

Algo de mi antiguo material animado.  Lo que más me gusta son los ciclos de la criatura de inicio ya que tuve tiempo de estudiarlo y animarlo; lo demás fue hecho a contra reloj.

Todo es Flash.

La postproducción y composición del video la realizó para mi Alejandro "Greñas" Aguirre. Hizo un muy buen trabajo en embellecer mi demoreel.

Demo reel that contains my old animated material. The things i really like the most  are the two walk cycles for the creature at the beggining because i had more time and freedom in them, the rest was made under pressure and fast.

All flash animated.

Postproduction and composition of the video was made by Alejandro "Greñas" Aguirre. He did a great job on making my demoreel look more attractive.

More Inktober drawings. I've been having lots of fun doing this daily drawings. It keeps me motivated and creatively active. I've almost finished my sketchbook! 

The drawings are mainly made with previous blue or red sketch and inked with Pentel's Brushpen, others have marker line art.

Quise iniciar con "Stitch" de la película "Lilo & Stitch" de Disney ya que el calor me recordó al ambiente hawaiano donde viven los personajes. Además que es mi personaje de Disney Preferido.

La espontaneidad del Lápiz de Cera

Algunos dibujos que eh realizado con Lápiz de cera. Lo que me gusta de éste material es la textura que crea con el papel. La tonalidad de escalas de grises a negro. Y el hecho de que no se pueda borrar agregan reta al momento de estar dibujando.

Blondie Duerme

Pequeñas acuarelas del rostro de mi perrita Blondie. Las hice mientras dormía debajo de una mesita. 

Utilicé lápices acuareleables y gispastel blanco para las luces.

Small pencil watercolors of my dogs face. I drew them while she was sleeping under a small center table. 

I used water soluble pencils and a white pastel for the highlights.
